As for Mummy's Progress

Mummy always tell story about the family, Jeffrey and Daddy....but seldom herself. So this time, Mummy punyer turn lah pulak.

I'm currently enrolling in some real estate classes for the next few months to get a real estate license hopefully by Fall'09. It won't be an easy ride, but hope with the well wishes frm families and friends, I can pull this through. Hard to find time to study and concentrate really with an almost 3 yrs old running around, but i shouldn't make that as a reason not to isn't it?

Most of the real estate agents and brokers told me that more than 50% will failed the 1st exam that they take. But that won't determine how well they would be as an agent. So now, I'm a little bit nervous about taking the exam and have to really study hard for it. Pray for me pleazzzzzz.

In the meantime, my handbag business is doing slowly steady. Always have something to do on that part and have some pocket money by end of month. As a matter of fact, the financial part of this new venture is solely financed by the money frm that business. I told Mahesh that I want to pay this with my own money. And yes i will and I have enough savings frm the business account to do this. So I am kind of proud of myself with that.;)

So, wish me well for my new venture. ;)

Father's Day Wknd

Well, Daddy got an Eric Clapton with Steve Winwood concert ticket for the day. He enjoyed the concert very much and got a great seat close to the stage.

We went for lunch as our fav's restaurant and ate our normal menu...lol. Then we were off to Lincoln to join Dev's family celebrating Father's Day at Mom& Dad's place. Always fun to go to their house in the summer...the pool is open!!!! Jeffrey,Ty and Elayna had a wonderful time in there for sure! including me too. trying to work my swimming skill....do i have one?lol

We had a wonderful food prepared by them and we bought an ice-cream cake for the occasion. Which was a little melting by the time we are ready to dig it in...but still good. It was a really hot day but staying in the pool was an awesome idea!

We all say goodbye and went home went the daylight is still there and arrived home safely after a full tummy and a great weekend.

Swing Set is Up n Running

For more than a few weeks, due to weather...rains and bad weather that had distrupt our project. Also because of the distance and availability of Grandpa and Daddy to get this thing done. It's finally over!! We got it done!!! yippie yeah..Thanks so much for Grandpa for his long hours and dedication in striving for the completion of the project. Thanks to Daddy for helping Grandpa and thanks for Grandma for sorting the bolts on the 1st week. Thanks to Mommy too for helping Grandpa also when Daddy is not available.

When it was done on the Thursday evening, we catch a reward trip to TCBY....yummm.yummm

Today Mommy put some pavers for my little house to be over there as well. Now all the outdoor will be on one central location for me and my friends to enjoy.

Jeffrey 1st Day of School

He was ok going there, then when he realised that we are leaving him, he started panicking and cried. Me and his Daddy sent him for his 1st day. Thanks Daddy for going to work a bit late for this big day!

Anyway, we gave the teacher all his needs and then leave right away without, better that way so the teacher will handle him.

Went I picked him up, he still crying. I expected that. He saw me nad literally start screaming and i can see he cried a lot as his eyes were swelling a little.

It's OK Jeffrey....1st week will be tough....you will get better nad then you will say this..."Bye Mommy"

Setting up the swing set...still WIP

The manual said it will take 10 hrs to get it done. Heck!! we spent all day doing it and still not done. Basically sorting the screws and bolts plus the woods already took hours.

Luckily we have Dad came to help us. If it's just me and Mahesh....trouble in paradise!! My job was just cooking and feeding them lol.

For now, we got the main tower almost ready...the rest would have to wait till Dad come back and help us.

Funny thing happened during the set-up, we forgot that we had an invitation party to attend to till they called!! Sorry Kaden, Vik and Sherry, we were late and storming frm home like crazy. I was really space out. I know and got all the card and gift ready, but was just bz with the parent and cooking.
